• La prenotazione sarà trattenuta fino alle 16: 00 a meno che un’informazione di volo è stata notificato o il deposito è stato dato in anticipo.

Cancellazione & No show policies
Cauzione:
Al fine di garantire la vostra prenotazione è necessaria il numero di carta di credito con il nome dell’attestato e data di scadenza .
Stagione di punta ed Alta Stagione
• Stagione di punta (20 dicembre - 15 gennaio)
• Alta stagione (1 ottobre al 19 dicembre e 16 gennaio - 30 aprile)
• Deposito e pagamenti non sono rimborsabili
• No Show - addebito di 1 notte
• Check-out anticipato - addebito di 1 notte
• 5 giorni o meno prima della data d’arrivo - nessun rimborso e non sarà addebitato il 100% dalla prenotazione.
Tutte le altre stagioni
• Le cancellazioni di 10 giorni prima della data d’arrivo – l’acconto non è rimborsabile. In caso di cancellazione
• 10 giorni o meno prima della data d’arrivo - 1 notte scontata o di deposito, dipende quello che è superiore
• 5 giorni o meno prima della data d’arrivo - nessun rimborso e non sarà addebitato il 100% dalla prenotazione.
• No Shows - 1 notte scontata
• Check-out anticipato il 20 dicembre-20 febbraio, nessun rimborso e non sarà addebitato il 100% dalla prenotazione.
• Check-out anticipato il giorno 01 ottobre - 19 dicembre e 21 febbraio - 30 aprile, sarà addebitato il 50% dalla prenotazione.
• Check-out anticipato il giorno 01 Maggio - 30 Settempre, scontiamo 1 notte dalla vostra prenotazione.
L’acconto non è rimborsabile.
Tutte le prenotazioni devono essere eseguite solo attraverso il nostro sistema di prenotazione on-line sul sito internet, non si accettano prenotazioni per telefono o e-mail.
Accettiamo pagamenti solo in contanti, in caso di pagamento con carta di credito, il 3% di spese bancarie aggiuntive sono in carico è responsabilità del cliente.
