• Rates are quoted in Thai baht per room per night, inclusive
of 10% service charge and taxes.
• Free coffee & tea making facilities in room
• Check out time : 11.00 AM
• Check in time : 14.00 PM
• Reservation will be held until 4.00 p.m. unless a flight
detail has been notified or deposit has been
given in advance.
• For children under 12 years, sharing the room with their
parents without an extra-bed there is no
charge, but ABF for the child shall will be paid directly
to hotel.
• For children under 12 years, sharing the room their parents
with an extra-bed, we charge for the
room at the triple room rate. (maximum 2 children per
room)
• Max number of adults per room is three or two adults and
two children under twelve. (Triple room
type only)
• Please check in before 5 p.m. otherwise your booking will be released.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Require a baby cot payable directly with the hotel upon arrival check-in only.
Cancellation & No show policies
Deposit: In order to guarantee your reservation a credit card number
with its name older and expiry date is needed.
Peak & High Season
• Peak Season (20th Dec to 15th Jan)
• High Season (1st Nov to 19th Des & 16th Jan to 30th Apr)
• Deposit and Payment are non-refundable
• No Shows - 1 night charge
• Early check out - 1 night charge
• Cancellations 5 days or less prior to arrival - we charge 100% from your booking.
All Other Times
• Cancellations more than 10 days prior to arrival - Booking
deposit is non refundable.
• Cancellations 10 days or less prior to arrival - 1 nights
charge
• Cancellations 5 days or less prior to arrival - we charge 100% from your booking.
• No Shows - 1 nights charge
• Early check out on 20 Dec - 20 Feb, no refund and we charge
100% from your booking.
• Early check out on 01 Nov - 19 Dec and 21 Feb - 30 Apr, we
charge 50% from your booking.
• Early check out on 01 May - 31 Oct, we charge 1 night from
your booking.
Booking deposit is non
refundable.
All bookings must be complete through our online reservation system on the website only, we don't accept booking by Phone, E-mail.
Accept cash only in case of any credit card payment, the 3% of additional bank charge is customer's responsibility.
