• I priset inkluderas daglig frukost.
• Alla priser står i thai baht per rum och natt, detta inkluderar även en 10% serveringsavgift samt skatt.
• Barnsäng kostar inget extra.
• Gratis möjligheter att göra kaffe eller te på rummet.
• Ingen extra kostnad för barn under 12 som delar säng med en förälder utan en extra säng i rummet.
• Ut checkning: kl. 11:00
• In checkning: kl. 14:00
• Reservationer hålls fram till kl. 16:00 om ett sent flyg inte meddelats eller delbetalning har gjorts i förväg.
• Please check in before 5 p.m. otherwise your booking will be released.
Avbokningar och utebliven ankomst Delbetalning:
För att vi ska kunna garantera er reservation behöver ni lämna ett kreditkortsnummer samt namnet på kortinnehavaren.
Peak- och högsäsong
• Peaksäsong (20:e december till 15:e januari).
• Högsäsong (1:a oktober till 19:e december, samt 16:e januari till 30:e april).
• Delbetalning och full betalning återbetalas ej.
• Utebliven ankomst debiteras för en natt.
• Förtidig utcheckning debiteras för en extra natt.
• Avbokning 5 dagar eller färre innan ankomst – ingen återbetalning och vi tar ut fullpris för din bokning.
Övrig upplysning
• Avbokning ska ske mer än 10 dagar innan ankomst – bokningsavgiften återbetalas ej.
• Avbokning 10 dagar eller färre innan ankomst – debiteras med en natt eller ej återbetalad delbetalning.
• Avbokning 5 dagar eller färre innan ankomst – ingen återbetalning och vi tar ut fullpris för din bokning.
• Utebliven ankomst – debiteras för en natt
• Förtidig utcheckning mellan 20:e dec och 20:e feb, ingen återbetalning och vi tar ut fullpris för din bokning.
• Förtidig utcheckning mellan 1:a okt och 19:e dec, samt 21:a feb och 30 apr debiterar vi 50% av bokning.
• Förtidig utcheckning mellan 1:a maj och 30 sep, debiterar vi för en natt.
Bokningsavgiften återbetalas ej
Alla bokningar måste ske via vårt online reservationssystem på vår web sida, vi accepterar inte bokningar per telefon eller e-mail.
Ta endast emot kontanter vid kreditkorts betalningar, kunden är ansvarig för att betala den bankavgift som tas ut på alla kreditkorts betalningar på 3%.
